We are the Houston Boilers, a dedicated team of old friends and family who share a passion for a good crawfish boil. Our story officially kicked off in 2012 when we entered as a small, local crew at Rayzor’s Best Batch Cook-off in Angleton, Texas. While we take immense pride in the flavor and quality of our crawfish, our true mission is celebrating the vibrant Texas crawfish season with our community. There we helped raise thousands of dollars for local charities.
